Pricing FAQ
- Is this a subscription?
- No. You pay once for a pack of credits. Nothing renews and you will never be charged again unless you buy another pack.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits stay in your account until you use them, so leftovers are ready for next Christmas.
- Can I try it before buying?
- Yes. Every device gets 5 free credits, enough for one Christmas photo, with no account needed. If you sign up before using them, they move into your account.
- What happens if a photo or video fails?
- Credits are only kept for finished results. If a generation fails, the credits go straight back to your balance.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card number.
